1. Definitions

Intellectual‑Property Rights	Copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade‑secrets, designs, database rights and any other proprietary rights.

f	Removing, altering or destroying copyright notices, trademarks, watermarks or any other proprietary notices on the Website.
g	Creating, distributing or publishing derivative works, adaptations, or any “spin‑offs” of our Content without our prior written consent.

q	Distributing viruses, worms, trojans, or other malicious code designed to damage, disrupt or impair the functioning of the Website or related systems.
r	Disrupting normal user interactions (e.g., “scroll‑hacking”, artificially accelerating page loads) that negatively affect other Users’ experience.
s	Using the Services to contravene anti‑money‑laundering, anti‑terrorism financing, or any applicable sanctions, embargoes or export‑control regulations.
t	Infringing on another person’s privacy, stalking, covertly monitoring, or otherwise harassing another User.

3.3. Responsibility for Content

All Content posted, uploaded or transmitted by a User is solely the responsibility of the originating User. soccer‑highlight bears no liability for any User‑generated Content, regardless of its legality or appropriateness.
Users acknowledge that they may encounter material they consider offensive, inaccurate or unsuitable; soccer‑highlight does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, timeliness or suitability of any Content and is not liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on such Content.

3.4. Moderation and Removal of Content

soccer‑highlight (and its designated agents) reserve the right, but not the obligation, to review, refuse, delete, suspend, block or relocate any Content that:

Violates these Terms;
Is the subject of a valid third‑party claim of IP infringement or other legal rights;

Comply with legal obligations, court orders or governmental requests;
Enforce these Terms, protect our rights, property or safety and that of Users and the community;
Respond to IP infringement or other rights‑based claims from third parties;

4. VIOLATIONS

4.1. Consequences

If we determine that a User has breached any provision of these Terms, we may, at our sole discretion, take one or more of the following actions:

Delete or edit the offending Content.
Issue a warning, limit or temporarily suspend the Account.
Permanently terminate the Account and deny further access to the Services.
Revoke or recover any fees, payments, rewards, or benefits obtained through the violation (including shipping fees, transaction costs, etc.).
Initiate criminal proceedings or file a civil lawsuit for damages.
Apply urgent injunctive relief, temporary restraining orders or other legal remedies permitted by law.
Enforce any additional sanctions set out in our Community Guidelines, Operational Policies or Security Policies.

5. GENERAL PROVISIONS

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution – These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any dispute shall first be attempted to resolve through good‑faith negotiations. If a settlement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
